About the role This role exists to make sure everybody at Unity — every Partner and Functional Leader, and everyone in their teams — can actually use AI well in their everyday work, and to turn that capability into real automation and productivity gains across the business. It reports jointly to the Chief People Officer and the Chief AI Officer, because doing this well is as much about people, capability and how Unity actually works day to day as it is about the technology itself.
