**Role Description**
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our core technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is excited by the intersection of systems engineering and cutting-edge AI technology.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Product Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance our platform product, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Process & Automation Optimization: Design, define, and continuously optimize process workflows and automation flows to improve internal operations and engineering efficiency.
* AI Prompt Engineering: Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance in real-world applications.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Required Skills & Experience**
* Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in a startup environment.
* Proficiency in TypeScript or a strong background in JavaScript/Node.js.
* Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
* Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
**Nice to Have**
* Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs).
* Familiarity with prompt engineering or willingness to learn.
* A mindset for continuous improvement and technical ownership.
* Experience working with event-driven architecture.
* Data analytics / BI experience.
* Experience with marketing setup, BI, CRM, and/or web scraping.
