Your Tasks Develop and implement the strategic direction for revenue and capacity management, with a particular focus on maximizing room revenue for franchise hotels. Prepare day-by-day forecasts and budgets, making tactical decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve optimal revenue. Establish and monitor pricing matrices based on market insights across all business segments, ensuring accurate representation across all relevant channels and systems. Oversee room inventory across all systems in alignment with defined strategies and communicate “need” periods and revenue opportunities to Sales & Marketing. Continuously analyze results based on budgets, forecasts, and market share reports, providing strategic commentary, recommendations, and analytical support. Work closely with franchise partners and internal stakeholders on group quotations while regularly communicating strategies, results, trends, and required actions. Your Profile Degree from a hotel management school; additional certification in Revenue Management is preferred. Professional background in Revenue Management within the hotel industry. At least five years of experience in hotel revenue management. Previous leadership experience is considered an advantage. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and market performance evaluation. Ability to effectively communicate revenue strategies across multiple departments.
