Your Tasks
Support the Cluster Revenue & Capacity Managers in driving RCM projects - from planning and stakeholder coordination through to evaluation
Prepare and maintain forecasts, budgets and performance overviews, turning data into clear, actionable insights for the team
Spot anomalies and inconsistencies across reports, dashboards and data sources - and make sure they get flagged and resolved
Help maintain price matrices, rates, restrictions and room inventory in line with guidance from the Cluster RCMs
Keep the information flow running smoothly across the team, ensuring feedback from Revenue Managers is addressed promptly
Own the day-to-day team coordination - from meeting management to team-building activities
Your Profile
You hold a degree in business administration, hospitality, tourism, revenue management or a related field
You are bringing some experience in revenue management, reservations, distribution or commercial hotel operations
Reporting, forecasting and pricing coordination are familiar territory – ideally gained in a hotel or commercial environment
Your Excel and PowerPoint skills are strong – you're comfortable building and working with complex files
You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and know how to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Clear communication and reliable follow-through come naturally to you
