HR Generalist (London)

Coder is growing from about 220 to 500 people by the end of 2027, and our People team is growing with us. We work in pods (GTM, R&D, G&A), each with its own HRBP and Generalist, so leaders always know who to call. You'll be our first People presence on the ground in London and the day-to-day HR contact for the GTM pod, including our UK team and employees across our Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.
