You know how to design applications and/or platforms for scale and how to do a handover to operations. You don't have to be the technical expert for everything, but as a generalist, you have a broad knowledge about Public Cloud and IT, a good sense for quality and good communication skills. Customers and colleagues value your opinion and are following your advice.
