SEM Technician (f/m/d)

Your Role As an SEM Technician (f/m/d), you will support tools and process qualifications and help investigate issues arising across our semiconductor process flow. Working closely with our Failure Analysis Engineer, Process Integration team and other engineering functions, you will perform Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) analysis and complementary characterization using techniques such as Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX) and Focused Ion Beam (FIB).
