Why be a Senior Analyst - Customer (Beauty) at THG?

As Senior Analyst in the Beauty Customer team, you will own analytical work that helps THG’s Beauty division understand and grow its customer base. Working across acquisition, retention, CRM, marketing and loyalty, you will build the analysis, models and insight that enable the business to make better decisions about how it acquires and retains customers. Technical Delivery

Write and maintain SQL queries and analytical scripts — producing accurate, well-documented analysis
Work with the Engineering team to understand the customer data model
Build dashboards and reports that communicate customer performance clearly

Stakeholder Engagement
