<li>Mitwirkung an der Organisation der pflegerischen Abläufe (z. B. Triage, Schockraum, Schnittstellen)</li>
<li>Beteiligung an der Dienst- und Einsatzplanung sowie der Prozessentwicklung</li>
<li>Anleitung und Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden</li>
<li>Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, Funktionsbereichen sowie allen relevanten Schnittstellen</li>
<li>Aktive Mitgestaltung einer modernen, teamorientierten Notaufnahmekultur</li>
